Shipping dates

Since our prod­ucts are made-to-order, it usually takes us several weeks to cut and sew each garment. Ship­ping dates for each prod­uct are listed on the item prod­uct page.

Shipping carrier and cost

Produc­tion Mode’s US ship­ping carrier is UPS. Ship­ping costs are calcu­lated at check­out based on weight and desti­na­tion.

We ship to all inter­na­tional desti­na­tions listed in the drop-down menu of the “calcu­late ship­ping” tab within the shop­ping cart. Inter­na­tional ship­ments are sent via United States Postal Service at a flat rate of $40. Items will be insured for their full amount. Customers are respon­si­ble for any duty or VAT fees.

Taxes

Items shipped to the state of Illi­nois only are subject to a Cook County sales tax rate of 9.25%.

Payment methods

Produc­tion Mode accepts Master­card, Visa, Discover, Amer­i­can Express, and Paypal.

Return/Exchange Policy

Returns on unused items are accepted within 15 days of receipt. Returns after 15 days will receive store credit for the current sell­ing price of the merchan­dise. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

Please include your order number and spec­ify if you would like a refund or exchange; for exchanges, please indi­cate the desired item(s) and size(s). Refunds will be cred­ited to the orig­i­nal form of payment.

Return ship­ping charges will not be refunded. We recom­mend using a track­able return method, as Produc­tion Mode is not respon­si­ble for lost or stolen return ship­ments. Please allow one week for process­ing time on returns and exchanges.
