MOVE / REPEAT
Featuring dramatic yet fluid silhouettes in silk, wool, and cotton.
The MOVE/REPEAT collection features five custom textiles, made of a felted merino wool & cotton, woven, designed, cut and sewn in Chicago following a slow fashion model of ethical production.
THE PROCESS
We spent over a year developing exclusive fabrics for our collection. Our Chicago neighbors, The Weaving Mill, designed and wove the textiles in collaboration with Mexico City-based artist Nuria Montiel.
THE PRESENTATION
We first presented the work at Hyde Park Art Center with a dance performance choreographed by Anna Martine Whitehead, set pieces by Nuria Montiel, and an original score composed and performed live by Damon Locks. Dancers were Anna Martine Whitehead, Keyierra Collins, Itunuoluwa Ebijimi/Petty Crocker, Nuria Montiel, Megha Ralapati, Emma Collins, Linda Pulik, & Jamie Hayes.

Hang loose in our maxi coat. This oversized piece is built for movement and attitude, designed with extra long slouchy sleeves and low pockets, and a single button closure. Fit can be customized to suit your preferences and body exactly. Fully lined in Bemberg rayon, this coat is perfect for cool autumn and winter nights.
