The wool felt used in this skirt is made in Michigan. All pieces are cut in our Chicago workshop and sewn by stitchers whom we employ directly (without the use of contractors or piecework), using a slow fashion model of manufacture, wherein workers are paid a living wage. Our pieces are made one-by-one, and can be customized to your measures and preferences.
This cap-sleeved top is cropped to the waist and subtly shaped with pintucks. The minimal cut highlights the rich textures and soft-but-heavy drape of the material--a 2.5 oz vegetable tanned leather. The hem of the top has been left raw. The top is lined with 100% Bemberg rayon lining, and has a brass zipper closure.

Wilson, and hand screen printed in Chicago by Nora Renick-Reinhart. The hem and sleeves of the top are left raw. The top is lined with 100% Bemberg rayon lining, and has a brass zipper closure.
